Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor hours, materials used, and safety incidents. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HVAC industry supervision role. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in supervising construction teams, knowledge of HVAC systems, and understanding of BOSH (Building and Other Similar Structures). Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage project schedules, oversee site activities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
