Charge Nurse (RN)

Role: Charge Nurse (RN) in a skilled nursing community, providing clinical leadership and exceptional resident care. Responsibilities Oversee nursing services and supervise care staff during assigned shifts. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Complete resident assessments, care plans, and documentation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communicate resident condition changes to families and healthcare providers. Conduct rounds, address incidents, and ensure safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license required. Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities. Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations. Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred. Passion for resident-centered care and team collaboration.
