Charge Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical leadership and exceptional resident care in a skilled nursing community. Responsibilities include: overseeing nursing services during shifts, supervising staff, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting resident assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Communicate resident condition changes to families, physicians, and leadership, address incidents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety and quality care. Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available and properly managed. Qualifications And Skills Current LPN license required. Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills. Experience in skilled nursing or senior care preferred. Physical demands Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., assist with transfers, and maneuver up to 100 lbs. including resident mobility.
