Corporate Paralegal

To support a high-volume entity management function, the full-time contract Corporate Paralegal will manage a portfolio of approximately 600 legal entities, oversee lifecycle management, and develop reporting tools while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of approximately 600 legal entities, overseeing entity lifecycle management Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into entity status and governance activities Support legal operations initiatives, including workflow optimization and legal technology evaluation Required Qualifications 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience with significant entity management responsibilities Demonstrated experience managing large and complex entity portfolios Ability to independently own processes and drive organization in ambiguous environments Experience working with outside entity management providers and corporate governance vendors preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Slack
