Position Details Role : Junior Finance Manager Languages Required : English (Fluent), German (Fluent) Location : BERLIN – In Person Engagement Type : Full Time Key Responsibilities Help develop & oversee comprehensive business plans to align with ACE Alternatives’ growth objectives. Conduct financial modeling, forecasts, and scenario analyses. Support in timely and accurate invoicing for all services provided. Support the invoicing and accounts receivable process. Optimize accounts receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow. Assist on establishing controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance. Help the creation of annual budgets and monitor performance against benchmarks. Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for management, board members, and investors. Maintain transparency and compliance with financial reporting standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust controls and processes. Help ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and corporate governance. Assist developing and monitoring internal financial policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Initial experience in finance, accounting or controlling (internships or junior roles welcome). Familiarity with Excel and basic financial software. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
