Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering support. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to retain and expand client accounts, meeting monthly revenue targets. Drive revenue generation through successful sales efforts and achieving or exceeding sales goals and track metrics to ensure targets are hit. Deliver informative presentations to potential clients at meetings, exhibits, and conferences. Develop and manage a database of prospective clients, conducting outbound sales activities. Gather project requirements from clients and coordinate with the technical team for timely service delivery. Handle inbound sales inquiries and prepare proposals and quotations. Generate prospects and bid on projects using lead generation and bidding platforms. Maintain effective communication and coordination with the sales and development teams.
