Compensation: $65,000–$75,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Saturday

We are seeking an Entry-Level Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel and function better and is excited to grow their skills in a collaborative chiropractic environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will work alongside our chiropractic team to provide therapeutic massage and soft-tissue services that complement our patients' overall care plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career massage therapist who wants to gain hands-on experience, develop their clinical skills, and learn how massage therapy can be integrated with chiropractic care and rehabilitation.

SCHEDULE

• Monday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (2:00–3:00 PM break)
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (2:00–3:00 PM break)
• Thursday: 1:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (2:00–3:00 PM break)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform therapeutic and wellness-focused massage treatments based on individual patient needs and treatment plans.
• Utilize appropriate massage and soft-tissue techniques to help address muscular tension, discomfort, mobility limitations, and other patient concerns.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other members of the care team to support comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate professionally with patients regarding their treatment, comfort, goals, and progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with practice procedures.
• Follow all applicable state regulations, professional standards, and practice policies.
• Educate patients on appropriate self-care, stretching, mobility, and wellness strategies when appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming, service-oriented office environment.
• Continue developing massage therapy knowledge and skills through ongoing education and hands-on learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current and active Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Genuine interest in helping patients improve their health and quality of life.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
• Experience in a chiropractic, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
