Holden Roofing is looking for a driven, high-energy recruiter who knows how to find talent, build relationships, and bring proven sales professionals onto a winning team.
This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fun environment that excels at identifying qualified candidates and getting them through the door.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of recruiting or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Confidence conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- A competitive mindset and winning attitude
- Excellent organization and follow-up
- The ability to meet recruiting goals and deliver results
- Travel to outer offices will be needed.
