AR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Commissions and Collections, this role is responsible for supporting financial commission functions, reconciling agent accounts, processing payments, and resolving non-routine inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and brings Excel proficiency to data reconciliation tasks.

salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and apply funds received for balances due by agents, including processing deposits and EFTs.

• Handle agency inquiries regarding cash investigations, expedited refunds, chargebacks, and reissuing/reapplying funds.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly commission payment summary reports and manual collections statements.

• Monitor and resolve outstanding/stale-dated checks and analyze non-routine payment disputes.

• Coordinate with the Marketing department on commission/sales incentive processing questions.
