Property Assistant

Role Overview This is an onsite position based out of our Sacramento, CA office. As a Property Assistant you will handle all aspects of managing a commercial building, from operations and financial activities to tenant and owner relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors. Respond promptly to tenant needs and ensure lease obligations are met. Support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other assigned reports. Handle administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance. Track bid packages, manage service contracts and conduct property inspections, making recommendations for improvement. Qualifications At least 1 year of commercial real estate experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiarity with real‑estate software such as Yardi, MRI, or equivalent. Experience with contracts, leasing agreements, accruals and reconciliations. Compensation Hourly range: $23.11 to $31.26 per hour. Pay is determined by role, level and location.
