School Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary and middle school students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support student success. Deliver all services onsite, ensuring direct, hands-on intervention. Communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student progress and therapeutic recommendations. Qualifications: Valid and active California SLP license required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) necessary. Previous experience with school-based caseloads, especially at the elementary and/or middle school level. Strong ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs. Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills. SLPA credentials are not accepted for this position; active SLP licensure is mandatory. Must be able to begin as soon as possible and commit through June 10, 2027. Willingness to travel between two designated school sites as part of the assignment.
