Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth by greeting every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency, avoiding assembly-line practices. Assist guests at the entry, cashier, dining areas, and other applicable stations. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Clear communication skills and quick comprehension of directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food safety training, including a Food Handler’s Card if required by law.
