Case Mix: All interventional radiology procedures mentioned above, along with standard interventional radiology cases, with a preference for EVT for stroke and pulmonary embolism. Licensing & Privileging: Willing to License: No - An active Kentucky medical license is mandatory. Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days, with temporary privileges available.
