Responsibilities
Warmly welcome clients as they enter our office, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-assisted.
Answer incoming calls and emails, providing helpful information or directing inquiries to the right person.
Organize and maintain filing systems so that important documents are always easy to find.
Help prepare meeting rooms and materials for various appointments or staff discussions.
Assist with light bookkeeping and data entry to keep our records accurate and current.
Coordinate office supply orders and keep our workspace tidy and stocked.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Comfortable using basic office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
High attention to detail when handling documents and information.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is helpful.
