HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in Overland Park, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care
  • Discipline: RN
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours
  • Employment Type: Local Contract

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • Minimum 2 years level II NICU experience
  • Newborn care at delivery

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • Level III-IV NICU experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

  • Care of newborns at delivery 
  • Care of Level 2 NICU patients – NG feedings, line placement, CPAP, high flow nasal Cannula, short term vents

Best personality Fit:

  • Friendly, team player, flexible to work in lower volume facility, confident in skills

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • NRP/BLS
