Customer Service Representative - 3209USA:OK:Oklahoma City | Customer Service | Full-TimeSummary: The Customer Service Pump Applications Representative will select and specify pump equipment, prepare equipment proposals utilizing support tools, respond to customer inquiries regarding company pump related products and services, and process orders in DXP operating business system.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Pump Applications Representative include, but are not limited to:Selecting and specifying pump equipmentPreparing equipment proposals utilizing support toolsResponding to customer inquiries regarding company pump related products and servicesCommunicating with customers via phone and e-mailChecking availability of stock and verifying ship datesProcessing orders in DXP operating business systemProviding follow-up to ensure customer satisfactionKnowledge of company policies and proceduresQualifications of the Customer Service Pump Applications Representative include, but are not limited to:3–5 years of experience with pumps and/or rotating equipment. Solid hands-on background in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pumps or similar rotating machinery. Ability to interpret equipment specifications, understand system performance requirements, and provide technical guidance to customers.
