JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced  Production and Manufacturing Workers to join our finishing team on the Northside of Jacksonville. This is a full-time opportunity in a busy manufacturing environment where you will play an important role in ensuring products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with their hands, and able to perform in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with assembly, finishing, fabrication, power tools, and material handling is highly valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools used in production and finishing
• Use tape measures and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly and finishing
• Read and interpret technical drawings, production documents, work orders, and detailed instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly, finishing, and production tasks
• Handle materials and perform heavy lifting as required
• Follow detailed work instructions to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Complete finishing processes according to manufacturing specifications
• Assist with material handling and maintaining an organized production area
• Support continuous production flow and meet daily production goals
• Identify potential inefficiencies and communicate ideas for improving workflow
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and workplace safety
• Work effectively as part of a production team while also being able to work independently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous production or manufacturing experience required
• Strong and consistent work history with a proven record of steady employment
• Experience working in the finishing stages of production
• Recent forklift experience is required
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure proficiently
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Experience with mechanical assembly is highly valued
• Ability to follow instructions, production documents, work orders, and process instructions accurately
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is a plus
• Understanding of welding and fabrication is a plus
• Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Experience supporting production or assembly teams is a plus
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and efficient workflow

JOB DETAILS

Location: Northside Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position: Production / Manufacturing / Finishing
Employment: Full-Time
