Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides skilled perioperative nursing care to patients according to their individual needs and supervises associated personnel in related activities. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply today!

• Assists with surgical procedures in the scrub and circulating roles and supervise non-professional personnel in these areas
• Assists in maintaining a safe aseptic environment
• Able to carry out the functions that will assist the surgeon in performing a safe operation with optimal results for the patient under the direction or supervision of the surgeon

What qualifications you will need:

• Two-years operating room experience
• Current California RN license
• CNOR certification
• Current BLS & ACLS certification
• AA Degree minimum
• Graduate of an accredited RNFA Program with completion of precepted clinical portion

Riverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901. It has the most extensive Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the Inland Empire region and is the primary recipient of STEMI (heart attack) cases in Riverside County. The hospital is accredited as a Chest Pain Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center and has a HeartCare Institute that offers both invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures.
