Resident Care Coordinator – Assisted Living - Kansas At Trustwell Living, you have the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, families, and team members every day. Trustwell Living at Kent Place is hiring a Full-Time Resident Care Coordinator . This is a hands‑on non‑office job that includes Scheduling, Managing call‑outs, Caregiving, medication passing, and people skills. Job Requirements Must possess a current Medication Assistance Certificate from a state‑recognized medication assistance program if required by state. Must have prior experience (minimum 2 years) with passing medications and caring for elders, with an outstanding work history record. Must be willing and able to work the floor as a caregiver/med tech if unable to find coverage for any shifts, and perform caregiving and medication technician positions across all shifts. Must be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to communicate both written and orally in English. Assisting with new employee orientation as needed and coordinating training for new caregiving staff. Must be willing to take a 24‑hour call on a rotating basis, as well as any other tasks assigned by the Administration. Qualifications and Skills Must have a true love and passion for making a difference in the lives of the elderly. Must appreciate the holistic wellness approach and enjoy caring for those who suffer from memory loss. Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations.
