YourRole

AsaRestaurantManager,you ' llbethedrivingforcebehindourrestaurantoperations,ensuringthatourteamsaredeliveringexemplaryfoodandservicewhileadheringtothehigheststandardsofhealthandsafety.Youllberesponsiblefortheadministration,sales,profitability,staffing,andtrainingwithinourestablishments,andyoullworkcloselywithyourteamtoguidethemtowardssuccess.

OperationalCoordination:Perfectlycoordinaterestaurantoperationsduringshifts,interactingwithgueststoensureexceptionalexperiences.
QualityControl:Monitorfoodandbeveragepreparationandpresentationtoguaranteethatweremeetinghigh - qualitystandardsbecauseourguestsdeservethebest.
FinancialWizardry:Analyzefoodandbeveragecosts,monitorsalesandrevenue,andestablishfinancialcontrols.
