Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar role supporting students is highly valued
• Familiarity with classroom routines and the ability to assist students one-on-one or in small groups
• Patience, adaptability, and a caring disposition toward children
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, students, and families
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education is a plus
• Must be reliable and able to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Support students during transitions, meal times, and other school routines
• Monitor student behavior and reinforce classroom expectations
• Aid with instructional materials and classroom organization
