Join our growing company as a Fulfillment Representative, where you will be part of a small, dedicated team managing order fulfillment processes. We offer good hourly pay and flexible working hours across day, evening, and other shifts. This role involves hands-on tasks with a hybrid shipping system to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory to maintain stock levels
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and inquiries
- Handle product returns and exchanges
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Resolve problems related to order fulfillment and shipping
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in fulfillment or logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent
