What You'll Do

• Perform sterilization, decontamination, and assembly of surgical instruments and trays

• Reprocess scopes and probes including bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, EGD scopes, among others

• Document equipment use and reprocessing activities in hospital systems

• Ensure high-level disinfection (HLD) of complex instruments in compliance with standards

• Support various surgical specialties such as Spine, Neuro, Ortho, Eye, ENT, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, and Transplant

• Work safely within hospital protocols and maintain sterile field standards

What You Need

• Valid CBSPD or HSPA certification
• BLS certification (not required but preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in sterile processing or OR support roles
• Ability to reprocess a wide range of surgical instruments including flexible endoscopes

• Experience with complex scopes like EUS or ERCP
• Familiarity with OR instrumentation for various specialties
