Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team across multiple departments and shifts. We currently have openings for CNC (Lathe & Mill) Operators , Extruder Operators , Blenders , and Diaphragm Press Operators .

Requirements (All Positions)

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent REQUIRED (Note: Education background verification will be conducted during the pre-employment screening process) .
• Ability to work required shift hours and mandatory overtime if needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Available Positions, Pay Rates & Shift Schedules

1. Diaphragm Press Operator

• Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
• Overview: Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring diaphragm press machinery to maintain consistent product quality and output standards.

2. CNC Operator (Lathe & Mill)

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
• Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday – Friday
• Training Schedule: Training will take place on 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) prior to transitioning to 2nd shift.
• Overview: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision components according to technical blueprints and specifications.

3. Extruder Operator

• Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
• Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM | Monday – Friday
• Training Schedule: Training will take place on 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) prior to transitioning to 3rd shift.
• Overview: Set up and operate extrusion lines, monitoring production temperatures, pressure settings, and line speed to ensure dimensional accuracy.

4. Blender

• Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
• Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM | Monday – Friday
• Training Schedule: Training will take place on 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) prior to transitioning to 3rd shift.
• Overview: Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials following strict batch formulas to prepare materials for production processes.
