Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect car to meet their needs and preferences
• Guide customers through the entire sales experience, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest vehicles, promotions, and dealership offerings
• Build and foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional post-sale support
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the team
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented, and family-friendly dealership environment

Qualifications

Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or car sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• A positive, customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional car-buying experience.
