Express Employment Professionals is one of the largest privately owned staffing and recruiting companies, looking to hire for a financial technology company based in Brooklyn. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and digital marketing. Responsibilities Manage and optimize online sales channels (e.g., website, marketplace platforms). Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns. Qualifications Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance, ensuring a commute time of 60 minutes or less. References – Candidates must provide two verifiable supervisor references from previous positions. Work History – A stable employment record with consistent work experience in related roles is required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing. Strong understanding of online sales channels and platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
