Frontend Product Engineer ($175K-$250K + Equity) Agentic Cybersecurity

Location: San Francisco, CA / Hybrid, with in-office presence 3+ days per week Compensation: Base salary ranging from $175k–$250k + competitive equity Employment type: Full-time Visa: Open to H1B transfers and offers visa sponsorship where needed About the role As a Product Engineer with a frontend focus, you will be pivotal in shaping the interfaces at the heart of user engagement. You'll spend approximately 70% of your time on frontend tasks, with the remainder on backend integration. The position involves working across several facets of the product, such as video briefings and compliance training modules, ensuring these tools are effective, user-friendly, and impactful. What You’ll Do Design and implement high-quality interfaces using React, Next.js, and other modern web technologies Engage with customer-facing products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency Influence the evolution of data handling, focusing on improving GraphQL facilitated integrations Lead frontend practices and mentor fellow engineers to uphold a high standard across the team Rapidly iterate based on user feedback, ensuring solutions address real-world challenges effectively Ship code swiftly while maintaining a balance between speed and quality in a dynamic environment The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in frontend-focused roles, ideally with product-heavy companies Background in full-stack development, with particular strength in frontend frameworks like React Experience with backend technologies and data schema designs, particularly within GraphQL environments Demonstrated success in delivering products that prioritize user engagement and simplicity Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user data into impactful product features A collaborative mindset ready to lead, mentor, and grow with a scaling team #J-18808-Ljbffr CoffeeSpace
