Product Engineer

Our product is redefining how knowledge workers interact with software — instead of switching between dozens of apps, our users work through a single AI agent that orchestrates everything. The best product experiences here require exceptional product taste, fast iteration, strong engineering, and a deep intuition for how AI agents should feel when they are doing real work on behalf of users. We’re looking for a product engineer to prototype, build, and refine the user-facing experiences that make Tasklet feel magical. This is a high-leverage role with generous equity. Compensation $200k → $260k salary 0.25% → 0.50% equity Competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, 4 weeks PTO, free lunch, etc) Responsibilities Prototype, build, and refine product experiences end-to-end, collaborating closely with users from initial concept through final delivery and validation Make AI agent interactions feel simple, trustworthy, and delightful, even as the underlying system grows massively in power Proactively identify and solve usability, discoverability, activation, and workflow challenges across the product Contribute across the stack — from polished React interfaces to generated apps, integrations, backend workflows, and whatever else is needed to ship the right experience Use AI-native development to move extremely quickly, shipping improvements daily that compound into transformative capabilities over time Step up to solve challenges wherever needed — this is a startup, and we’re all in it together!
