Adjunct Professor- Engineering

Position: Adjunct - Engineering Department: College of Science and Engineering Job Status: Exempt Reports to: Chair, Department of Engineering Position Summary The College of Science and Engineering at Houston Christian University seeks adjunct faculty in Engineering to teach in a Christian environment. Positions are open for classes beginning Fall 2026 or later. Adjunct faculty are hired on a semester‑by‑semester, part‑time basis, contingent upon the needs of the University. Job Responsibilities Teaching basic or advanced engineering courses as needed by the college and based on the candidate’s qualifications. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum of a master’s degree in any engineering discipline with at least 18 graduate‑level credits in that discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
