ThispositionforProjectManagertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectricalneeds, from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations and fiscal and contract management. Responsibilities include: Projectplanning,execution,jobcosttracking,andjobclosure Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports Detailedtake-offandestimatingforelectricalservice, tenantimprovement,lightcommercialandlightindustrialwork Marketing&buildingprofitablejobs Decisionmakingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcost,timeandperformance Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions Interfacingwithcontractors,vendors,andin-houseoperations Coordinateanddirectworkforce Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture 5yearsconstructionprojectexperienceintheregionalmarketwithprovenrecordof successfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred DDC/Building Automation controls experience required Priorexperiencewithdesign/build,preferred Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods Demonstratedabilitytoread,understand,andwritecontracts Experiencedinwritingdetailedscopeproposals McCormick estimating software experience preferred or other estimating software Strongcomputerskills–Excel,Word,estimatingsoftware(ConEstaplus) Excellentpeople,communicationandnegotiatingskills Salary range for this position is $105,000-$155,000 annually.
