Qualifications: • • Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. • Ability to engage in daily sales conversations, enhancing your communication and negotiation skills. • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. • Willingness to participate in ongoing coaching sessions to continuously improve your professional skills. • Ability to stay informed about the local real estate market to provide clients with accurate and reliable guidance. • Experience in utilizing lead generation strategies to build and expand your client base is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $125,000 - $215,000 yearly

Compensation:
$125,000-$215,000 per year
