We are a community hospital located in the southwestern region of Connecticut, serving as the primary teaching affiliate for a prestigious medical college. Due to our expanding office, we are seeking to add a Family Medicine Physician to our team.

About the Opportunity:

• Become part of a well-established team consisting of five healthcare providers.

• Recognized as the top hospital in Fairfield County by a leading news organization.

• Work schedule includes 4.5 days per week, with a half day allocated for administrative tasks.

• On-call duties are minimal, with a rotation of 1:6, consisting solely of phone calls.

• No responsibilities in the hospital setting, and no night or weekend shifts required.

• Average patient load is around 20 individuals per day.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with additional earnings based on wRVU bonuses.

• Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
