Associate Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing system integrations, aligning data processes, and enabling seamless Market-to-Lead workflows across platforms.

Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee marketing system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms like Marketo, AEP, and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and optimize Market-to-Lead processes.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment with customer data models across systems.
• Drive product enhancements and integration solutions to support marketing operations and scalability.
• Communicate updates, present solutions, and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Identify challenges, resolve integration issues, and implement continuous improvements in marketing processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on marketing technology and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CJA, or AJO, along with Market-to-Lead processes.
• Strong expertise in data integration, customer data models, and ability to influence cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and scalable marketing operations.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
