Feedback & Reporting: Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes. Data Security: Handle confidential customer information with professionalism while maintaining compliance with company privacy and security policies. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Experience 1–2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a chat or email support environment. Skills Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
