Bilingual Associate Therapist (ASW / AMFT / APCC)
Location: Oceanside, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Setting: Community-Based Outpatient
Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Associate Therapist to provide counseling services to children, youth, and adults who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and related trauma.
The role focuses on providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive care while supporting clients through counseling and other behavioral health services.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling services.
Assess client needs and support appropriate treatment planning.
Provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive services.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.
Support children, youth, and adults experiencing trauma and crisis.
Collaborate with clients and other service providers to coordinate care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field .
Active California BBS registration as ASW, AMFT, or APCC .
Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, or vulnerable populations preferred.
New graduates are welcome if they have completed their master's degree and obtained the required California BBS registration.
