Overhead Crane Operator / Material Handler | $14/hr DOE


Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Overhead Crane Operator / Material Handler for an evaluation hire / temporary / contract position with a local company in Shawnee, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone with steel handling and crane experience looking for steady, full-time work.

Pay & Schedule

  • $14.00/hr DOE
  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-time position
Job Responsibilities

  • Operate overhead crane to move steel beams and heavy materials
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling in a steel environment
  • Safely position and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Assist with general shop and production duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating overhead cranes preferred
  • Experience handling steel beams or heavy materials preferred
  • Must be able to wear steel-toe boots/shoes
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
