Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for receiving incoming pallets of materials and breaking them down onto specific pallets following a pick sheet. You will handle boxes weighing up to 30lbs consistently throughout your shift. Additionally, you will check finished pallets to ensure they match the Bill of Lading (BOL) and wrap them. You will also use a pallet jack to move pallets around the area.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse operations.
• Experience with packing and using an RF scanner.
• Inventory management skills.
• Material handling expertise.
• Proficiency with pallet jacks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience at their most recent job.
• Ability to lift 30lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing for 8 hours.

Work Environment

First shift operates from 10:30am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Second shift runs from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a $2 shift premium. Third shift is available from 7pm to 3:30am or 9pm to 5:30am, with a $3 shift premium. Starting pay at $23/hr for 2nd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Pleasant Prairie,WI.
