Position: Order Picker
Type: Part-Time
Location: Kloss Distributing
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour (commission-based after training)

Job Description

Kloss Distributing, a leading distributor of some of the finest beers in the world, is seeking an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to join our team as a First Shift Order Picker .

The role involves picking cases of beer and stacking them on pallets. Each case weighs approximately 20 lbs , and a successful picker will handle about 200 cases per hour . After one week of training, pay transitions to a commission basis, where hard-working pickers can earn $15–$25+ per hour .

Schedule

Consistent weekly schedule
All part-time positions end by 6:00 PM
Start time is noon or later
Select days: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Stack products on pallets according to size, shape, and stability requirements
Pick approximately 1,600 cases of beer daily
Perform repetitive manual handling of beer cases
Lift up to 160 lbs (kegs)
Compute basic math without a calculator
Operate a walkie rider pallet jack
Other duties as assigned
