As our Patient Sales Coordinator, you'll earn a competitive base salary plus commission, with total annual earnings typically ranging from $45,000–$60,000 , depending on experience and performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
• A genuine interest in chiropractic, holistic health, wellness, or natural health care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to discuss financial information professionally and empathetically
• A positive, confident, and patient-focused approach
• The ability to listen, educate, and help people make decisions without being overly aggressive

SCHEDULE & PATIENT EXPERIENCE

This is a full-time Monday through Thursday position from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM , with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM . That means you'll enjoy a three-day weekend every week !

As a Patient Sales Coordinator, you'll help patients navigate their care from consultation through their wellness journey. You'll address questions and concerns, present solutions aligned with doctors' recommendations, and have meaningful conversations about financial considerations. Through professionalism, empathy, and relationship building, you'll help patients feel confident in their care decisions.
