Technical Hiring & Documentation Specialist
Bayside Solutions
Bayside Solutions is seeking a Technical Operations professional to own the technical hiring process for its Data Platform / Cloud team. You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate multi-stage panels, and provide clear, evidence-based feedback to hiring committees and managers. You will also create and maintain technical documentation to keep the team aligned as systems evolve.
