About the Opportunity

A well-established, multi-center foot and ankle practice serving the Chicagoland community for more than 50 years is seeking a highly motivated Podiatric Physician & Surgeon to join its growing team in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of foot and ankle conditions

· Provide comprehensive podiatric care, including preventive, conservative, and surgical treatment

· Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings

· Perform in-office procedures and podiatric surgical interventions within the physician’s scope of practice

· Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and overall foot and ankle health

· Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients and referring providers

· Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

· Collaborate with other physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

· Participate in practice growth and community outreach initiatives as appropriate

· Build and maintain a growing patient panel through exceptional clinical care and patient experience

Requirements:

Qualifications

· Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited podiatric medical school

· Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program

· Current or eligible Illinois podiatric medical license

· Board Certified or Board Eligible

· Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

· Surgical training and experience appropriate to the candidate’s scope of practice

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care

· Strong work ethic and professional integrity

· Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a patient practice

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-provider environment
