Summary: Provides accurate and efficient pharmacy services by delivering clinical support to patients, nurses, and medical staff. Supports pharmacotherapy consults, staff education, and targeted medication management initiatives. Reviews and processes medication orders to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective medication therapy in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Essential: Bachelors Degree Nonessential: Doctoral Degree Education specialization: Pharmacy
• Education equivalent experience: Essential: Required - Bachelors - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy
• Credentials: Essential: Required - Pharmacist - State of Florida; Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists)
• Experience: Nonessential: Acute Care

Shift Hours: Variable

Shift: Shift 4

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
