About the Job Receptionist PM Shift 12pm-6pm Monday through Friday (Must be able to consistently commit to this schedule) Benevilla Main Campus - Surprise, AZ $15.65/hour 30 hours per week Make Work Meaningful. - Greet members, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
- Assist with paperwork, and basic administrative tasks.
- Support the team in creating a positive, safe environment for all program participants.
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
- Required- High school diploma or GED.
- Required 1-2 years current or recent receptionist, customer service and light administrative experienc3 (experience in adult day programs and child development program environment a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain required certifications (we assist with costs).
