Receptionist Position

Kia of Clermont is looking to hire a Receptionist for our dealership Full-time available with pay rates starting at $16-18 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
• Assist with administrative duties which include:
• Data Entry
• Keeping Accurate Records
• Organizing Files/Records

Requirements:

• Receptionist Experience is Required
• Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Keep Accurate Records
• Detail Oriented
• Time Management Skills
• Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
• Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
• Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
• Ability to be a Team Player
• Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
