Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water lines, drains, gas lines, and fixtures.
• Troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning, cabling, and hydro-jetting services.
• Accurately complete work orders, estimates, and documentation through our dispatch software.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, providing professional recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and plumbing codes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 + years of professional plumbing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (cabling machines and hydro-jetters, etc.)
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and sales.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as on a team.
