Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced service plumber to join our team at Good News Plumbing & Drain. The ideal candid will have a proven track record in residential and commercial plumbing, strong problem solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water lines, drains, gas lines, and fixtures.
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently.
- Perform sewer and drain cleaning, cabling, and hydro-jetting services.
- Accurately complete work orders, estimates, and documentation through our dispatch software.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, providing professional recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and plumbing codes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 + years of professional plumbing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (cabling machines and hydro-jetters, etc.)
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and sales.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as on a team.
