Front Desk/Intake Assistant

Summary:We have exciting career opportunities available across multiple Wisconsin locations, including Oconto and Shawano. Starting Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour Worksite Locations Available:Oconto, WI Shawano, WI Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to general inquiries Assist applicants with completing paperwork, either in the office or in person Provide clients and vendors with information about program procedures Review applications to ensure accuracy and completeness Follow up with applicants, communicate with vendors, and manage ongoing correspondence Qualifications:Ability to consistently maintain strict confidentiality Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid interpersonal abilities #workwithpurposeVacancy posted 2 days ago
