Shape the next generation of HVACR pros
Picture your day: you unlock a modern training lab, power up state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, and welcome a cohort of motivated learners. By mid-morning you’re guiding a hands-on exercise on charging and recovering systems; after lunch, you’re mentoring a student team troubleshooting a simulated fault; later, you’re refining a module to match the latest industry tech trends. Every step, you turn real-world HVACR know‑how into career-launching skills.
No prior teaching background? We’ve got you. If you bring the field experience, drive, patience, and passion—we’ll provide the training to help you become an outstanding instructor.
Core responsibilities- Build an engaging classroom and lab environment that sparks curiosity and confidence in HVACR fundamentals and advanced practices.
- Lead immersive, hands-on labs so students practice diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVACR systems.
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance curriculum and develop new course content aligned to current industry standards.
- Coach and mentor learners on projects, promoting critical thinking and creative problem solving.
- Champion safety protocols and model best practices to ensure a secure learning space.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience across refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini‑splits, boilers, and related systems.
- Credentials valued: EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30.
- Clear, patient communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse learners and colleagues.
