Staff Pharmacist - Hospital PRN-Pharmacy Hospital

Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER Biweekly Hours: 0.01 Shift: Variable Summary Provides Inpatient Pharmacy Services at a proficient level of Pharmacy practice. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution. Current Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy, maintained in good standing. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Preferred Pharm.D. degree from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution. Completion of an American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited residency. Demonstrated effectiveness in time management, support staff supervision, problem identification/resolution, and decision‑making. Physical Requirements May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. Visual acuity within the normal visual range, with or without correction. Aural acuity within the normal audio range, with or without correction. Finger dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment. Ability to communicate in face‑to‑face, phone, email, and other communications.
