Assistant Nurse Manager Department / Unit: Float Pool Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $94,957.00 - $147,183.00 Hourly Range: $38.54 - $63.60 Responsibilities Provide delivery of patient care within the defined patient care area on the assigned primary shift. Contribute to goal setting and defining opportunities for each patient care area to align with organizational goals and strategic nursing initiatives. Mentor staff and develop a patient care team that demonstrates nursing leadership, professionalism, competency, and quality. Promote a collegial and customer‑oriented environment for patients, families, peers, and physicians, achieving throughput and care coordination. Demonstrate expertise in the care of patients within the unit of specialty. Perform all essential duties as outlined in the annual competency assessment. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations. Qualifications Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as outlined in the attached annual competency assessment.
