Why this role matters Three desks (Recommendation, Trade, Annuity & Life) feed everything our Client Relationship Managers do for clients. You will run that engine. When it hums, clients feel it. What you’ll do Lead daily morning meetings and shape team priorities Oversee the Recommendation, Trade, and Annuity & Life desks Lead investment research and in-house model management Ensure account-level compliance alignment with Client Relationship Managers Coach and develop the team while staying hands-on with the work What you need 5 to 10 years in wealth management or investment operations Trading, research, recommendation writing, and people management experience Series 7, Series 66 (or equivalent), Life & Annuity license, APMA certification Strong written communication and attention to detail Ameriprise platform experience is a plus Compensation and benefits $115,000 to $135,000 based on experience and contribution Bonus opportunity 401(k) and health insurance About us We believe life is meant to be lived fully, not just planned for.
